HVAC Technician Apprentice

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technicians in Las Vegas, NV install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as AC units, as well as assisting with warranty services and emergency repairs.

Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems, ventilation and equipment. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services in warranty. Maintaining daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

• High school diploma required
• Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Friendly and courteous at all times
• Pays attention to detail
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential
• Must be able to work well with staff, management and physicians
• Use consistent good judgment and discretion
• Ability to read, understands, and follow oral and written instruction
• Able to take initiative when confronting or solving problems
